Information We Collect
Personal Information
- Login/Signup: Optional but available for enhanced functionality.
- Social Login Options: Users can log in using Facebook, Google, Apple, or Email.
- Contact List Access: InvoiceMaker needs access to your contacts to help you quickly select customer details when creating invoices. The selected contacts will be saved securely on our servers to generate PDFs and allow you to access them from multiple devices using your account. We do not share this data with third parties.
- Camera Access: Required for updating profile pictures.
- Gallery Access: Used for selecting profile pictures and attaching files to invoices.
- Data Storage: Generated invoices are securely stored on our server to enable multi-device access.
Usage Data
We may collect non-personal information related to your use of the application, including:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Interactions within the app (to improve functionality and user experience)
How We Use Information
- To provide app functionality such as invoice creation and multi-device access.
- To allow users to log in and sync invoices across devices.
- To enable users to attach media (profile pictures, invoice attachments) from their gallery.
- To improve the app’s performance, fix bugs, and enhance the user experience.
- We do not use contact information for any other purpose beyond invoice management.
Data Storage & Retention
- Invoices are stored on our secure server for multi-device access.
- We retain data as long as the user account is active.
- if a user requests account deletion, all stored data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
User Data Deletion
Users can request to delete their account and all associated data by:
- Using the in-app Delete Account option via the following steps:
Profile → Edit Profile → Manage Account → Delete Account
- Contacting us at appledev650@gmail.com.
Upon account deletion:
- All invoices and associated data will be permanently deleted.
- This action is irreversible.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except in the following cases:
- If required by law or government authorities.
- To trusted third-party service providers that help us analyze usage patterns and improve our services.
Security Measures
We take reasonable security measures to protect user data, including:
- Secure encryption protocols.
- Restricted access to stored data.
- Regular security audits.
- However, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we encourage users to use strong passwords and keep their accounts secure.
Children’s Privacy
Invoice Maker App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will promptly delete it.
